Only qualified for 3 months and already I'm thinking about my own little slice of pharmacy heaven. Employment with my current employer won't last for many years, but that's not a surprise (all you pharmacists out there, you know what I mean).
However I love working with them for one reason. No, not the money although it does keeps the bank account looking nice.
The reason? Work a year or two as a relief pharmacist and you'll know what makes a good pharmacy. Or, to put it the other way, what makes a rubbish pharmacy.
This will require money. Loads of it. After all, a pharmacy contract doesn't come cheap. A scapegoat business partner will be nice too.
